The IRS is back!  They're hiring thousands of new agents, at higher salaries, and from the ranks of mature professionals, not just kids out of college.

What's more, the Department of Justice is working non-stop to put cheats in jail.

Don't believe me?  The Department of Justice has an elite "Tax Division" just for tax cheats.

Their goal is to send people to jail.Check these out:

If you think you've got a problem, you can manage your problem by contacting IRS BEFORE they contact you.  Doing this will cause them to look more favorably upon your errors in filing, or lapses in judgement [Hey, we all make mistakes!].  You can possibly get very substantial penalties removed by "coming clean".

Why would the IRS go easy on you?  To them it's "found money".  They might never have found you, or they might have had to spend considerable resouces pursuing you.  With voluntary disclosure, you've made their job easier.

But you can't do this yourself - you'll be swallowed aliveYou need my help!

One last thing - if you are counting upon the three-year statute of limitation on assessment to protect you from something you screwed up more than three years ago - forget it!

There is NO statute of limitations on tax fraudNone.

Look closely at some of those cases in the web links above.  Some of these folks are being jailed for stuff they did ten years ago.

Good news!  IRS really doesn't want to put you in jail.  They just want you to file your returns and pay your taxes.
